Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
- Goslings Stormy Ginger Beer
Directions
In a tall glass filled with ice add 4 – 5 oz of Goslings Stormy Ginger Beer and top with Goslings Black Seal Rum. Garnish with a lime wedge (optional).

Espresso RumTini
Ingredients
- 1 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Espresso
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 pieces Coffee Beans
- Ice Cubes
Directions
Fill shaker a with ice cubes. Add ice cubes, rum, coffee liqueur, espresso and sugar syrup to the shaker. Shake util cold. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
Rum Swizzle
Ingredients
- 4 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
- 4 oz Goslings Gold Seal Rum
- 5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 5 oz Orange Juice
- ¾ oz Grenadine or 2 oz Bermuda Falernum
- 6 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Directions
Into a pitcher ⅓ full of crushed ice add Goslings Black Seal Rum, Goslings Gold Rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, Grenadine or Bermuda Falernum and Angostura bitters. Churn vigorously until a frothing appears or mix in a cocktail shaker.
